Megan is a Colorado native with a creative background in Fine Arts. This creative path led her to discover the profound practice of yoga, and a few years later she completed the 200-hour Vinyasa training with Kindness Yoga in 2013. Since then she has continued her studies with over 100 additional hours in various trainings to become a stronger student and teacher. Megan believes that everyone can do yoga and receive the powerful benefits the practice has to offer. Her classes focus on building a strong foundation using flexibility to find balance and relieve stress. All levels are encouraged to come!
