Renee began practicing yoga after the birth of her third child for a “less-intense” work out.  Little did she know what yoga had to offer was life changing.  Yoga has helped her find balance mentally, physically and spiritually.  She was inspired to deepen her practice and complete her Yoga Alliance teaching certificate in 2015.  Renee hopes to share her love of yoga with her students and to provide them with a practice they can embody in their daily lives off the mat.  When teaching, she strives to bring a sense of fun, freedom and kindness to her classes.  Her classes tend to be vinyasa-based (linking breath with movement) with strong emphasis on alignment.
