Anastasia (aka Stacey) has a passion for health and wellness mentally, physically and most of all spiritually. She is a mother of 2 energetic and witty boys that also have a passion for life and mastering anything they can get their hands on. Family and community are at the core of her heart. She has a passion for helping others find their true beauty within themselves and others while guiding them to reach their full potential.
She has a diverse background in the wellness industry. From running her own personal training/ corporate group training business to being the director of operations and master teacher of a barre studio near Atlanta, GA., she has the experience our clients crave.
With 10+ years in the wellness industry she decided to add to her experience. Recently Anastasia got her real estate license to pursue some bigger dreams! Good things don’t come without adversity, but God is good and worth it all. She is always in pursuit of happiness and contentment for herself and others.
